Once a Cat and a Fox were traveling together. But they soon began to see that none of them ever got hurt. This next part falls to me because I am the strongest; and this is mine because I am the bravest. But although each one tried his best, none was able to do so. There isn't any danger that I can see. The North Wind tore angrily at the cloak, but all his efforts were in vain. So when one of the Dolphins saw a Monkey struggling in the water, he thought it was a man, and made the Monkey climb up on his back. But just as he cast the stone, the Ant stung him in the heel, so that the pain made him miss his aim, and the startled Dove flew to safety in a distant wood.

Do not resent the remarks of a fool. Ignore them.
