A Porcupine was looking for a good home. You've been stuffing. That's what you get. What a horrible crime it was to eat grass that belonged to someone else! But an Eagle, circling overhead, heard the boasting chanticleer and, swooping down, carried him off to his nest. It's all the same to me, replied the Bull. So they held a council and decided that the very best thing to do was to drink up the river. Dear friend, he said, I was just on my way to visit a sick relative, when I stumbled into this string and got all tangled up. They immediately attacked the Mouse army in large numbers. The poor Bear had to take to his heels, and he was able to save himself only by diving into a pool of water.
