Rationale for Joy

I have added a new major page, a paper "Rationale for Joy"

at the beginning of the list of Joy pages in the Synopsis.

I hae also added a new section "Miscellaneous" with so far

only one item: Picolog, which you have seen on this group

already.



I am also aware that my catching up with te catching up is not

going as fast as it should. I'll respond soon to the replies

to my Comments 1..10, I hope. I enjoyed the replies.



You will also have noticed that we have a new contributor,

from Russia, who is writing a Joy-in-Haskell. Let's welcome him.
