I have decided to forego submitting the Cat paper to the upcoming
Trends in Functional Programming Symposium in favour of waiting to get
some more comments from my peers. I also think it would be better to
submit to a Journal (like TOPLAS), or a Conference (like ICFP) ...
assuming they'll have me :-)

PS. Slava, I reference Factor, so you might want to check that I have
